COVID information for the 2022 Afera Tape College in Brussels

Of course, the Afera Tape Conference is organized and facilitated in alignment with relevant local COVID regulations in April. Travel regulation may vary depending on your destination of departure. Please do consult your national authority resources to ensure compliance for your personal situation nearer to the date of the event.

Nearer to the date you will be able to download a general overview document in PDF format with relevant COVID travel information. In case the Tape College cannot take place in physical format we will inform you far in advance of the event what the alternative format will be.

Registering now for the Tape College is covid-risk-free. If the event is cancelled in physical format we transfer back your payment minus the costs to attend online.

I – TAPE COLLEGE PARTICIPATION

Conference Package
  • Includes: Full working programme; lunch and cocktail April 4; lunch and dinner April 5; lunch April 6; coffee breaks on all days; conference materials Tape College excl. proceedings.
  • Excludes: Costs for hotel accommodation.
College Fee:
  • If you register before 17 January 2022, you will receive a €100 discount!
  • Afera Members €895 per person
  • Members of National Affiliated Associations €1.150 per person
  • Non-Members €1.250 per person

II – HOTEL ROOMS

Afera has ensured the preferential rate of €185 (single occupancy) per deluxe room per night inclusive of breakfast, Wi-Fi in the bedroom, VAT and service charges excluding city tax of €4,24 per room per night single occupancy. A supplement of €10 per room per night will apply for any double occupancy.

The number of rooms per day is limited and the cut-off date for these reservations is 3 March 2022. After this date, rooms will be offered only upon space and rate availability

I FOR THE TAPE COLLEGE
To register for the Afera Tape College 2022, please complete the online registration form (link) asap.

II HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
Your room reservations should be made directly with the hotel. For this purpose, please book online via “Book your group rate for AFERA ” . All information and conditions on this webpage were developed by the Marriott Brussels Hotel. A confirmation will be sent to you by the Marriott upon registration.
